In this section the Shadowbane Team will list many of the major game improvements planned. In-Production lists the latest features placed on the game servers. Features listed on the In-Testing section are currently being evaluated on the Test Server. Those listed In-Development are currently being programmed and integrated into the next Shadowbane Patch. If listed within the In-Concept section, the feature has been approved for integration but is currently being designed or planned. Client Synchronization Enhancement - Various changes have been made to the Shadowbane Client to make positioning of visible characters occur more frequently.
Group Member Directional Arrows - Directional Arrows have been added to the Local Map for Group Members who have gone beyond the range of a member's Local Map.
Bane Circle Ownership - A change has been made to the Bane Circle's Property Window to display not only what guild placed the Bane but also what individual.
Summoning Restrictions - Limits the ability of a player to be summoned if they are in combat or safe mode.
Saving Channel Filters - A change has been made to the Shadowbane User Interface to save all settings after adding, removing, or modifying a chat filter.

The following is scheduled for the December Content Patch: |
Battlefield Alliances - Leaders will be given the ability to officially declare allies and enemies. This feature will color-code names for players to easily identify allies and enemies on the field of battle.
PvP Experience - Players will gain experience from killing their guild's sworn enemies; For more information, click here.
Glass Weapons - Delicate weapons of power can be found as epic mob and hotzone loot.

| The following is scheduled for the January Content Patch: |
Announced Item Spawns - When special items are created, a server-wide game of hot potato begins. Players are encouraged to congregate and compete for great reward.
Travel Powers - When players have to run across the world, stamina losses cause the player to spend a lot of time resting. This new power will allow players to move without losing stamina, while debuffing them in such a way that it's not viable in combat.
Siege Buffs - To encourage nation-on-nation fights, the official attacker and defender of a besieged city will receive special bonuses in combat; this may be extended to the Battlefield Alliances system.
Improved Friends Feature - The friends list was implemented shortly after Shadowbane's launch, but has never enjoyed much popularity due to user interface issues; these will be updated so players will not have to have the Friends Window open to use it's functionality.
Guild Member Login Announcement - When a member of a guild logs in, her guild is notified by way of the guild chat channel.
Passive Messaging - A modernization of the old tutorial system, passive messages guide new players through their first twenty levels as well as any new features that are implemented.

The following items are scheduled for design and implementation for the over the next six (6) months. Note that all items on here are currently being designed and details are not finalized on them. Furthermore, information contained here is subject to change.

On-Demand Crafting - Vendors will craft items for players even if they are not friended to the structure as long as the player has the necessary items needed for it's creation; Characters that are labeled "Kill On Sight" to the structure will not be able to use this functionality.
Territory System Enhancements - The Territory System will be enhanced for better utilization.
Local Map Waypoint - Group Members will be able to set a temporary waypoint on their Local Map that will be viewable by all members of the group in the vicinity of the waypoint.
City Beautification - New decorative structures that also emit beneficial effects upon players standing near them.
Favor System Enhancements - The Favor System will be enhanced for better utilization.
Player Vaults - This extended bank space is only available through a shady character at Sea Dog's Rest.
PvP Arenas - A special place for players to assemble and challenge each other.
Battle Standards - Characters may carry standards into battle, allowing for more readily understandable maneuvers and improving coordination among allies.
Gambling - A mysterious man arrives in Sea Dog's Rest, selling packages that may or may not conceal a high-quality item.
