Players wishing to have their city assets transferred over to them because their Guild Leader no longer plays the game may petition the Customer Care Representative (CCR) team at their convenience.

The CCR team will comply with their demand if the following conditions are met:

• The player requesting the ownership transfer is a member of the Inner Council.
• The old Guild Leader's account is expired and has been for at least 2 weeks (the CCR team will verify this).

If one or more of the above conditions are not met, transferring ownership of any asset in the city will not be possible.

If the transfer of ownership is approved by the CCR team, the Inner Council member that requested the transfer will have to create a new guild using a guild charter, CCRs are at this time unable to promote someone in a guild to Guild Leader.
